Arrived today for tuneup on air conditioning system for rental property. 2023 3.5 ton Goodman gas and air conditioning. Furnace is located in closet. Cleaned outdoor unit. Checked filters 20x20x1 and 14x14x1. Checked refrigerator charge amps on motors capacitors. Everything is working properly at this time.

Arrived today for tuneup on 2 systems. Both systems are 2020 Trane 2 ton gas and air conditioning one is located in crawl space the second one is located I attic. Cleaned drain lines and out units. Checked refrigerator levels filters amps on motors capacitors. Everything is working properly at this time. Found growth in duct work on both systems recommended UV lights. Gave customer option on UV Lights. Customer stated he can’t do anything with the UV Lights at this time.

Extensive work needed to be performed to bring the house up to code and Pedro and his assistant Landon did an amazing job of explaining what needed to be done and then performed the work as absolute professionals.
