Arrived today for no cooling. Found compressor shorted. 2004 Unit is a 2 ton Goodman air conditioning. It will take 2 weeks to get compressor from Goodman. Highly recommended upgrade system due to age of equipment. But gave customer options. Diagnostic fee

Estimate to run sewer machine down the Vent to unstop sewer. It is just one bathroom that is stopped up so after I run the sewer machine down the vent , everything should be good to go after that. Unstop the sewer with sewer machine from the vent on the roof. The police flushing right now, and there are no more clogs.

Estimate to run Jetter down kitchen sink drain in the garage to unstop the kitchen sink. After this is done, then I will run the camera down the kitchen sink drain line to see what is causing the problem for it. Stopping up. After this is done then we will have a cause of wine is happening. This also comes with a two year warranty as well. Jetted kitchen sink, line and unstop kitchen sink. There was a lot of grease that was down in the kitchen sink drain after jetting the line I got all of the grease cleaned out of the pipe and they will be good to go. Everything is draining great and there are no leaks on anything.
